Lining and rehabilitation with HDPE Concrete Protective Liner

The problem: Concrete or brickwork have often been used as well-proven and low-cost building materials for structures with high static requirements.
However, depending on the application, these structures are subject to significant corrosion from liquid chemicals or aggressive gases.

The consequences: Leakages and corrosion can lead to a loss of stability and finally to a break-down of the entire system.
Additionally, standard protective coatings very often do not solve the problem, as such protective systems are fully dependent on the quality of the existing surface.

The solution: HDPE Concrete Protective Liners are equipped with anchor studs on the outside and are therefore able to provide an inseparable mechanical bond with the concrete.
The system can be used for new construction as well as for rehabilitation purposes.
Elements can be prefabricated in our workshop in order to minimise the installation time.
To ensure a high level of quality, all welding work is carried out according to DVS standards.
